Spanning the watery gorge between San Francisco and Marin Counties was once believed to be a fantasy. The water was too deep, the winds and current too strong, and the span was just too far. For years it was dismissed as impossible. Now the Golden Gate Bridge stands as one of the most iconic achievements of modern engineering and human ingenuity. The idea of the bridge grew from a fantasy to a dream to a reality for one simple reason — a plan. Most people will experience some form of achievement in their lives but their true dreams and aspirations will go unrealized. The most significant hurdle that keeps people from making their dreams a reality is the lack of a plan.

Personal Coaching “Not because you need it but because you want it”

Personal Coaching in its simplest form is a collaboration between client and coach to form a plan and then execute it. It is a method of planning designed to create actionable steps to solve problems, form specific task accountability, conquer personal obstacles and achieve goals. It is a process of methodically building and then crossing a bridge from current reality to future dreams. My brand of coaching is a collaborative effort with the client to form a plan that produces mental and physical challenges to create change. It is a method that uses motivational and directional counseling coupled with the developing of fitness goals to move you from where you are now to where you want to be. The success of a personal coaching relationship does not require an admission of inferiority by the client but its does rely heavily on a desire by the client to improve. Feel free to contact me for a no-obligation consultation to discuss a tailored plan to you and your goals.
