Reflections
Steel is an alloy. It is formed from a mixture of iron, carbon and other elements. Concrete is a mixture of water, cement and aggregate. In both of these examples, a stronger end product is created by mixing specific elements together. It is the mixing of the different elements and the interaction that takes place during the mixing process that ultimately creates the strength in steel and concrete.
The Wrektangle is a metaphorical tank where different ideas and views can be mixed together in order to produce stronger solutions and ultimately lead to better conclusions. It is the core concept of my Personal Coaching practice as well as the philosophy of my writing. The idea is to create an environment where facts are used to create a world view. It is a place where logic and truth are the basis of opinion, introspection, planning and ultimately action. The Reflections portion of this site is a forum in which I put my thoughts and experiences on display and invite the scrutiny and challenge of others. I write to stimulate thought and discussion. I look forward to the moments when others find clarity from my words and equally from the times I learn from the discussion.
